In thisroleof Business Intelligence Manager, you support decisions, and youplay a keyrole in collectingmarket, industry, customer, and productdataexternally and internally. With thehelpof diverse analyticalskills, youtransformthisdataintoknowledge and insightsforthe ECA (Europe and Central Asia) business. 

This role falls directlyundertheDigital and Commercial Excellence Manager and ispartofthenew ECA strategicmarketingteam. 

About The Role 

Responsibilities:  

• You will carry out market analyses, evaluate them, and derive appropriate recommendations for action. You will furthermore monitor the competition at ECA level based upon locally derived data.  

• By developing and analyzing data you can present actionable insights that helpmaking informed business decisions e.g. market data and research, competitive analyses, customer segmentation and data analysis, KPI’s development etc.  

• You will also contributewith cost benefit analyses on initiatives designed to maximize the organization's performance. 

• You will be in charge of dashboard management and creation within ECA. You will act as a product owner for the key reporting tool. To do so you will work together with key functional stakeholders and Power BI development team.  

• You will also establishdashboards usage to identify unmet business needs. To do so you will work with the leadership team and teammates to implement changes and you speak with key stakeholders and senior leaders to set strategic targets.  

• You actively promote the use of solutions. For anefficient data dissemination to a diverse audience, you deliver interactive presentations and reports, so every target group understands it. 

Skills and Expertise  

Qualifications:  

• You have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Economics or alike; 

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role; ideally within the agricultural, animal nutrition or related industries; 

• You have project experience from relevant BI / Business control projects; 

• You have good knowledge and practical experience in the development of dashboards / reports in Power BI; 

• You have a goal-oriented and assertive personality, characterized by a high level of commitment and flexibility and a strong business mindset who can translate data into actionable strategies. 

• You have very good communication skills in English (additional European language is a plus).
