For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company with a growing portfolio of medicines in the area of oncology/haematology, diabetes & metabolic health, immunology, pain and neurodegenerative diseases, we are looking for a bilingual Junior Medical Customer Service Associate (DU/EN) who wants to gain a first working experience in the industry.

Job Description
As a Junior Medical Customer Service Associate, you will be part of the Medical Shared Services Team and you will have several responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • You will act as the primary contact for receiving and handling product complaints.
  • You will identify, retrieve from appropriate sources, and acknowledge complaint information.
  • You will collaborate with the Medical Shared Services team to collect follow-up information if necessary.
  • You will enter all complaints into the Complaints database. You will follow up on complaints.
  • You will coordinate the preparation of letters to customers with the Medical Shared Services team. You will keep the local complaint database updated and coordinate internal communication with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences
  • Fluent in English and Dutch with a basic level in French (A2)
  • Strong writing and synthesis skills
  • Customer-oriented, service-minded, and pragmatic
  • Attention to detail
  • Resilient with administrative and database encoding tasks
  • Existing right to work in Europe required
