We are looking for a motivated production worker for a manufacturing company in Weert—someone who isn’t afraid of physical work. Together with a team of colleagues, you’ll help produce concrete products in a practical, down-to-earth work environment.As a production worker, your daily tasks will involve the manufacturing of concrete elements. This includes oiling the molds, pouring concrete, and checking the final products for quality. You’ll work closely with a small and committed team to keep the production process running smoothly. Precision, initiative, and a sense of responsibility are important in this role. Experience in the concrete or construction industry is a plus but not required—you will receive proper training on the job.
