  • Manage timelines, workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and ensure delivery stays on track – even in fast-changing or ambiguous environments.
  • Build business cases, analyse complex data, and link financial performance to broader commercial decisions.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to support prioritisation and decision-making.
  • Take a hands-on approach – whether reviewing data, drafting materials, or solving problems from scratch.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in tools, processes, and ways of working across the CFO domain.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A proven ability to manage and deliver cross-functional projects in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility quickly with senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and practice working with financial statements
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset; you get things done.
  • Financial modelling skills are a plus.
