Wat ga je allemaal doen?
- Operate and monitor machines in a logistics/production environment
- Detect and resolve (technical) disruptions, in coordination with technical service engineers if needed
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace using 5S principles and other lean practices
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure product quality standards are met
En waar we op hameren
- Solid experience in a similar role within logistics or production
- Technical insight and hands-on problem-solving skills
- MBO-level working and thinking ability
- Familiarity with 5S and lean methodologies
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Reliable, stress-resistant, quality-focused, and safety-minded
- Willing to work in 2-shift system (early–late) with potential transition to 5-shift system (early–late–night, including weekends)

- Salary indication:
- Depending on experience, between €2,505 and €3,200.
- Travel allowance
- Shift allowance for working evenings and weekends
- Current: 2 shifts (early-late), including weekends.
- Future: 3 shifts (early-late-night), including weekends.
- Candidates must be flexible and willing to adjust to evolving shift structures.
