Projectjurist

- Doel is het inbrengen van juridisch advies mbt de samenwerking met de aannemer gedurende de realisatiefase van de versterking van de IJsselmeerdijk.

Gevraagde resultaten zijn:

- adviezen ten aanzien van wijzigingsvoorstellen op het contract vanuit opdrachtgever of opdrachtnemer.

- adviezen bij juridische issues tussen opdrachtgever en opdrachtnemer.

- juridisch advies op producten van de opdrachtnemer.

Eisen:

• Ervaring met Europese aanbestedingen van Werken
• Ervaring met UAV-gc contracten

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
