About the Site
It is a fully automated electronics production facility dedicated to high-efficiency manufacturing. The site relies heavily on advanced electronic systems to maintain smooth, uninterrupted operations.

Role description
As an Electronic Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of electronic equipment on the production floor. You will work independently during your shift, taking full ownership of troubleshooting and resolving electronic breakdowns. Collaboration with operators and other technicians via an internal communication platform is essential to maintain workflow and resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities
-Take full responsibility for diagnosing and repairing electronic faults during your shift.
-Independently troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to minimize downtime.
-Interpret and work with P&ID diagrams to identify system faults and maintain equipment.
-Perform electrical switching, fault analysis, and basic automation tasks to keep production running efficiently.
-Collaborate closely with operators on the shop floor and maintain communication with other technicians.

Shift Schedule:5-shift rotation system
-05:00 – 13:00
-13:00 – 21:00
-21:00 – 05:00

Team Structure
-Technical department of 24 professionals
-6 breakdown technicians working across 5 shifts
-6 day shift technicians

Requirements
-MBO Level 4 qualification in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
-Valid NEN 3140 certification
-Proven experience in troubleshooting electronic faults and reading technical diagrams
-Knowledge of automation systems is highly advantageous
-Experience in food production is not required; candidates with strong electrical backgrounds from industries such as steel manufacturing are welcome
