At AS Watson we are looking for orderpickers that use voicepicking to get the pallets ready for one of the most known retail brands of the Netherlands. We are looking for motivated logistic workers that like to work at a workplace where you have to roll up your sleeves. If you like to fit different pieces at the right place, this might be the job for you!

Your day will look like:

• You get the product via voice picking system with your pump truck while walking in the warehouse;
• You build stable pallets. Sometime you have to re-organize your pallets because you get products that are better at the bottom of your stack;
• You make sure the targets are met and keep your workplace clean and organized.

The work can be physical, due to sometimes only carrying heavy items like laundry detergent, lighter boxes like toothpaste and sometimes a mix of light and heavy. Due to this no day is alike!

For this job you can work parttime, fulltime or only on Saturdays. For parttime the preferences is that you are available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Requirements:

• You work precise, pro active and like to work with your colleagues;
• You are available in two-shifts (mon – sat 06.00u-14.00u and 14.00u-22.00u);
• At least two Saturdays in the month the morning available;
• You have your own accommodation and transport.

Aanbod

What we offer:

• The bruto-hourly salary from 21 years is €15,29 (incl. ADV-allowance up to 35 hours);
• Between 20.00u to 22.00u you receive a 25% shift allowance that earns you €18.85;
• On Saturdays till18.00u you receive a 30% shift allowance that earns you €19,56;
• On Saturdays after 18.00u you receive a 50% shift allowance that earns you €22,40;
• You do not get a zero hour contract, you get a contract based on your availability;
• For every hour you work, you get 8,33% of an hour as vacation reservation;
• You receive a travel allowance of €0,19 cents per km, after 10 km (reiskostenvergoeding);
• You build up pension from the first working day;
• Free Dutch or English language courses;
• Possibility of a vast contract at AS Watson (mogelijkheid tot vast dienstverband);
• Fresh fruit and free coffee and tea.

Waar je gaat werken

AS Watson's distribution center is in Oosterhout at Florijnstraat 4c. This location is easily accessible by personal transportation, such as car, scooter or bicycle, from Breda, Gilze, Dongen and Tilburg.

At AS Watson you will work in an international environment. Your colleagues come from all over the world. The spoken language is English. Your team leaders also speak English. This way you understand each other during work and breaks. AS Watson makes sure you feel at home. You will start through Olympia, who are present on the work floor daily to support you with matters such as scheduling, salary, and leave requests.
