Who you are

As a first operator you are a communicative team leader who leads by example. You bring calm to chaos, enjoy coaching your team, and embrace feedback. Safety and quality are your top priorities, and you’re always one step ahead when it comes to problemsolving.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Team Leader or First Operator);
solid experience with WMS, Microsoft Office, and quality systems;
strong communication skills in English and a proactive, flexible mindset.

As a First operator, your main focus will be on guiding your team towards success. You will work closely with your team members to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high performance standards.
