As a Customer Advisor at VodafoneZiggo, you assist customers with a variety of technical inquiries, such as issues with routers, connection disruptions, or non-functioning HDMI cables. You quickly switch between listening, analyzing, and solving, ensuring the customer always feels heard and supported. You enjoy helping people and focus on solutions. Customers can rely on you for their questions, and you ensure they receive friendly and effective assistance. Even when someone is frustrated, you remain patient and customer-oriented, truly making a difference. You start with a paid training in Tilburg (first start date is August 4) and an onboarding period. After that, you can partially work from home. Together with an enthusiastic team, you ensure satisfied customers and a pleasant service experience every day!

Wij bieden:

- A gross hourly wage starting from €14.58 to €15.17 (depending on experience);
- If you work at the office, you earn an additional allowance of €0.60;
- If you work from home, you receive a home office allowance of €2.40 per day;
- A paid training and ample growth opportunities through our online learning platform;
- Flexible working hours: you can work from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00.

Wij vragen:

- At least 18 years old;
- Available for a minimum of 20 hours per week and flexible in scheduling;
- Curious about telecom and technology, or already have an affinity with it;
- A natural inclination for providing service;
- Engage in conversations with conviction and accurately sense what the customer needs.
