Role description:
- Verder uitbouwen van het partnernetwerk
- Opvolgen door marketing gegenereerde leads
- Pipeline management van bestaande pijplijn
- Cold/lauw calling indien daar tijd voor is
- Teamplayer, in staat om te levelen met rest van het team
- Minimaal 50/50 kantoor/thuis bij voorkeur meer op kantoor
- Minimaal in nederlands en engels kunnen communiceren
Metrics:
ADS: 10K ARR with strong outliers
Cycles 3-6 months, with strong differentiations
Growth perspective:
Being the commercial leader of the company. The person that gets hired will also be able to hire BDR(s) and AE(s) overtime, and lead them as their commercial director/Head of Sales.
Must haves:
2-4 years of SaaS closing experience
Consultative sales approach
Characteristics (Self-starter, self motivated, eager to learn, intelligence)
Experience in either PIM/E-commerce/digital agencies
Start-up savvy (understand cultural nuances of small company, fast pace, etc)
