What are you going to do?
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be trained step by step. You’ll start by observing and learning about the market and our solutions (the Ons Suite). From there, you’ll grow into a role where you independently maintain customer relationships.

We're looking for an ambitious early-career professional who wants to grow in the field of account management, focusing on clients in mental health care (GGZ). Have you just graduated or already gained some work experience? Want to learn within a supportive team with strong guidance? Then this might be the perfect place for you!

Your responsibilities
- Building Relationships: Learn how to build strong relationships with healthcare organizations;
- Identifying Opportunities: Develop the ability to spot and act on commercial opportunities;
- Collaborating: Work closely with colleagues from support, development, UX, and other teams;
- Improving Our Services: Translate customer feedback into ideas to improve our services and solutions.
Required experience and skills
You're a driven Young Professional who wants to help organizations succeed with our solutions—and build lasting relationships to do so.

You also meet the following criteria:
- Education: A completed bachelor's or master's degree (e.g., in a commercial, business, or healthcare-related field);
- Interest: Affinity with both healthcare and technology (e.g., digital health records);
- Mindset: Eagerness to learn and a curious, proactive attitude;
- Communication: Strong communication skills;
- Language: Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written;
- Responsibility: Enjoy collaborating and taking responsibility.
