Data Analyst – Eindhoven Eindhoven • ALTEN

The Position

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to ongoing client projects in Eindhoven. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious junior professional to build strong technical expertise and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end data analysis projects.

As Data Analyst, your main tasks will include:

• Data Analytics & Modeling: Develop and optimize data models using dimensional modeling techniques to support analytical decision-making.
• Data Pipeline Development & Automation: Assist in designing, implementing, and automating data flows for efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes.
• Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
• Collaboration & Client Engagement: Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical analytical solutions.
• Supporting Digital Transformation: Help identify and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes.
• Project Involvement: Support the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment. 

Your Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of dimensional modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with data pipeline development, automation, and optimization.
• Excellent command of both English and Dutch (required).
• Strong communication and presentation skills (required).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a growth mindset.
