Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Client Services Representative (CSR) for Dow in Terneuzen.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the link between our customers and internal teams. You ensure a smooth order process from start to finish and deliver top-level service. Working closely with departments like Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain, you help meet customer needs while supporting business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full order process for a specific business unit or group of customers, often with complex needs
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and applications
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their specific needs
• Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts, quickly resolving issues and offering solutions
• Ensure service levels meet business expectations and customer satisfaction
• Balance customer demands with what the company can deliver, finding efficient and cost-effective solutions
• Support commercial strategies across multiple business areas

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of communication, coordination, and problem-solving in a dynamic, international environment.

Functie-eisen

• HBO (Bachelors) or MBO 4 with minimal 5 years work experience in customer service or logistics
• Excellent command of English in combination with German, French of Italian both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Experience in order management, customer service, or procurement is a plus
