As a Coordinator at our meat company, you'll be the main person for talking to everyone and organizing things. You'll be super important for making sure our daily work runs smoothly. People will come to you for planning, making schedules, and seeing to it that we hit our production goals on time and efficiently.

You'll spend your time planning and setting up production tasks to make sure work flows well and we meet our deadlines. You'll make sure staff schedules are right, so we always have enough people for all shifts and jobs. You'll keep an eye on how much stuff we have, both raw materials and finished products, and talk to other departments to stop us from running out or having too much.

You'll also handle all the paperwork for production, like putting in data, making reports, and writing down how things are done. You'll be the main link for talking between different teams – like the people who make the meat, the quality checkers, the delivery team, and sales – making sure everyone knows what's going on. You'll watch to make sure we always follow the strict rules for quality, cleanliness, and safety in the meat business, and you'll quickly fix anything that's not right.
