🔧 The RoleAs a Service Engineer, you will maintain and optimize advanced equipment at customer sites worldwide. After an in-depth training program, you will become a key player in maximizing the performance and reliability of cutting-edge machines.
You’ll perform inspections, maintenance, and calibration work, support customers with troubleshooting and training, and collaborate closely with R&D to stay aligned with the latest innovations.

🛠️ Your Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and service high-tech equipment
• Identify and analyze performance issues to minimize downtime
• Deliver training to customer personnel (operators, engineers, maintenance staff)
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support
• Offer proactive advice on service upgrades and retrofits
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 remote support schedule
• Travel internationally for periods up to 4 weeks
• Act as a technical ambassador representing the company's excellence

• MBO 4 degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience (At least a vocational diploma (MBO level 2) in Electromechanics)
• Experience with industrial machines, PLC systems (Rockwell/Siemens), industrial PCs, camera systems, and Fanuc robotics is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Flexible, customer-focused attitude with a hands-on mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and travel internationally
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems
