Teamlead Networking

As Team Lead Networking, you’re not only responsible for the results of the network team—you’re responsible for the people behind them. You help your team grow, stay connected, and do their best work. You focus on planning, development, and motivation, creating a safe and engaging work culture where every voice is heard.

You're also hands-on with continuous improvement: you lead with both heart and head, translating strategy into action and inspiring others to innovate and collaborate. Whether it’s refining processes, joining client meetings, or being a sounding board for your team—your presence makes the difference.

What will you do

• Guide and mentor your team members in a way that builds confidence, independence, and collaboration.

• Create structure through clear planning and resource management that supports both results and wellbeing.

• Translate team goals into individual objectives and help track progress along the way.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and feedback through regular check-ins and performance insights.

• Actively contribute to refining internal processes, optimizing performance, and driving innovation.

What do you bring

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in IT (e.g., Lead Engineer, Architect, Team Lead).

• A people-first mindset and strong coaching and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and listening skills—you know how to create space for ideas.

• Analytical thinking and a talent for translating data into strategy.

• Solid knowledge of network protocols, architecture, segmentation, and security.

You’ll receive a competitive salary (€5,000–€7,000 per month), holiday allowance, and:

• Career growth opportunities: whether in specialization or toward roles like Manager.

• Training and certification paid for by RAM-IT (RAM-IT Academy).

• Hybrid working with a home-office allowance (€25/month + €4 per day worked from home).

• 26 standard vacation days, increasing by one day per year after two years (up to 32). Option to purchase additional days.

• €120 annual contribution towards sports/fitness.

• A solid pension plan (Nationale Nederlanden), with RAM-IT covering two-thirds of the contribution.

• A lease car or monthly mobility allowance and free parking.

• A bike plan to help you stay healthy and mobile (via Lease A Bike with a permanent contract).
