This is a temporary HR Coordinator role (16 hours per week), based in Amsterdam, with an initial duration of four months and the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing HR administrative tasks carried out by your colleagues, including benefits administration, employee changes, payroll, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Description
- Supervise the inputs processed by the HR administrators regarding sickness, absenteeism, leave etc.
- Being able to correct wrong data/compliance in Workday.
- Advise the Management team and line managers regarding any issues with employees' lifecycle based on Dutch Labour Law.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in HR
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday
- Solid understanding of Dutch employment law
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality
Job Offer
- €3000 - €4000 per month based on 40h and experience
