Dit ga je doen
  • As a German, French or Italian  -Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our B2B clients receive outstanding service and support.
  • Responding to Inquiries: Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both German, French or Italian and English. Providing accurate and timely information regarding our products, services, and policies.
  • Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer issues, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
  • Order Processing: Assisting customers with placing orders, order tracking, and providing updates on delivery status.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer profiles.
Wat wij vragen
  • Fluent in both German, French or Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Must be resident in the Netherlands
  • Proven experience in a B2B customer service role, with a strong understanding of B2B service dynamics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
