As Quality Relations Manager you will be responsible for the operational quality management of the CMO’s of pharmaceutical products and the suppliers of API’s. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the QA support to the Marketing Authorization Holders. You will be handling quality complaints and reviewing master documents. Also, the Quality Relations Manager is responsible for change control, deviation management and monitoring correctness and timely performance of validation and stability studies and timely inform and involve customers when necessary. You will conduct audits with both CMO’s and suppliers of API’s, as well as taking part in internal audits. You will also be involved in future tech transfer projects. Within the company, the Quality Relations Manager works closely with the departments Logistics & Supply, Regulatory Affairs and Development. You will report directly to the Director of QA and Development.

• 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role in the Life Sciences industry
  
• demonstrable experience with GMP
  
• experience with managing CMO’s or CDMO’s and auditing
  
• experience with Tech Transfers is desired
  
• experience with QTA development
  
• good communication skills in the English language, both oral and written
  
• hands-on, collaborative and enthusiastic
