Functieomschrijving
As a French-speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist at Habufa Meubelen, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable portfolio on a daily basis. You monitor payment deadlines, follow up on outstanding invoices, and act swiftly and professionally in case of delays. You’ll work closely with customers, Sales and Finance colleagues, and external parties such as debt collection agencies and credit insurers.
Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and managing outstanding receivables
• Timely follow-up on payment terms
• Investigating and resolving payment delays and disputes
• Preparing reminders and collection files
• Liaising with collection agencies and legal bodies
• Reviewing payment specifications and coordinating with the bank administration team
• Communicating with credit insurers about customer payment coverage

You might be our next Accounts Receivable Specialist if you:

• Work accurately and pay attention to detail
• Are flexible and able to switch between tasks efficiently
• Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Are solution-oriented and can analyze problems quickly and effectively
• Take ownership and are confident in making decisions
• Have excellent command of French, both written and spoken. Dutch or English is a plus
