What will you be doing? 
As a Project Manager Finance, you will oversee international projects ensuring everything runs smoothly: from coordination to client relations. You will guide international companies outsourcing parts of their financial processes to BDO. You will collaborate with colleagues both domestically and internationally, maintain oversight, and monitor progress. You will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement and quality initiatives. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact for clients and confidently present during proposal processes. Working alongside your coordinator and senior manager, you will ensure smooth implementations and satisfied clients. Your responsibilities as a Project Manager Finance include:

• Leading international projects within finance and taxation.
• Advising and guiding clients through implementation processes.
• Drafting and presenting proposals.
• Implementing process improvements.
• Collaborating with international teams and colleagues.

As a Project Manager Finance, you will join an internationally operating organization based in a modern location in Amstelveen. You will also receive:

• A salary up to €6,229 based on 40 hours per week;
• 22 vacation days + 10 flexible days per year;
• Mobility budget;

• A permanent contract;
• €25 reimbursement for a gym membership.

• A bachelor's degree in a financial discipline;
• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English;
• Experience with Lean methodologies or process optimization.
