Step into a hands-on role as a Production Associate, where you'll inspect, assemble, and prepare high-tech equipment for global delivery in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You'll work with cutting-edge hardware, follow technical instructions, and play a key part in ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the production process.

Description

• Inspect and identify products for accuracy and defects
• Follow general instructions and technical documents to complete tasks
• Troubleshoot basic hardware issues to ensure correct functionality
• Perform quality checks on products and processes
• Install and assemble hardware based on customer requirements
• Conduct physical audits of equipment and accessories
• Package and label equipment according to specifications
• Update order status and product location in internal systems
• Route and manage power cords to company standards
• Handle products physically, including lifting and staging equipment (up to 50 lbs)

Profile

• Has at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a production, assembly, or technical environment
• Is fluent in English; any additional language is a plus
• Ability to inspect and identify products for accuracy and defects.
• Proficient in following technical documents and general instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for basic, non-complex problems.
• Experience in performing quality checks on products and tasks.
• Knowledge of hardware installation and assembly, specifically with cabling.
• Capable of completing physical audits of equipment and accessories.
• Competent in packaging and labeling products based on customer requirements.
• Familiarity with updating internal systems for location and order status.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to listen and confirm understanding of tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Candidates must have a valid BSN and DIGI;
• A valid a work permit to work and live in The Netherlands
• Willingness to work 5 days onsite during day shifts.
• An immediate start is a significant advantage.

Job Offer

• Salary: €14.00 - €15.32 gross per hour
• Travel Allowance: €0.23 per km, with a maximum of 120 km per day.
• Work Environment: Access to daily fresh fruit at the office.
• Vacation: 25 holidays plus an additional 8.33% holiday allowance.
• Pension: Enrolment in a pension plan from day one.
• Work Equipment: Provision of work shoes (€70) and coverage for additional forklift/reach truck courses (€240) if requested by the company.
• Contract: Initial contract through Page Personnel, with no guarantee of a permanent company contract after 6 months.
