For an international company located on the Maasvlakte in Rotterdam, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to strengthen the team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a crucial role in supporting customers active in the fresh produce sector. You ensure that their questions are answered quickly and efficiently, both via email and by phone. You enter new orders into the system and have daily contact with customers to provide them with the correct information regarding the storage and transport of fresh products. You also ensure that everything complies with the proper quality and hygiene standards, which is essential in the fresh produce sector. You work closely with the Customer Service Team and report directly to the Customer Service Manager.

• Experience in the fresh produce (AGF) sector, preferably as an operator or team leader;
• Knowledge of logistics processes and working with fresh products;
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
• Ability to work well with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• As a Customer Service Representative, you are friendly and have a service-oriented attitude;
• You live in the Netherlands and are available to work full-time, during office hours.
