Are you a proactive leader with strong management skills? We are looking for a Logistics Team Leader for our night shift who not only supervises but also actively participates on the floor. You will maintain oversight, monitor the schedule, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will coordinate the sorting process and work actively alongside your team. You will lead the team and ensure efficient execution, create schedules, and process worked hours. You will oversee quality, safety, and progress, act as a point of contact for both team members and clients, and report any special occurrences to the operations manager.Wij bieden:
- Monthly salary ranging from €3,207 to €3,987, depending on experience;

Wij vragen:
- MBO work and thinking level;
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a logistics or production environment;

- Ability to provide (or obtain) a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
