About the Role As a Runner, you play a crucial role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly. You make sure that all necessary parts and materials are in the right place at the right time – a vital task in a sector where precision, speed, and safety come together. 

You literally and figuratively move between various teams and departments: from production to logistics, and from planning to engineering. Without your efforts, the entire process would come to a halt. Thanks to your sharp eye and action-oriented mindset, we can continue to deliver high-quality landing gear for the F-35 fighter jet, the NH90 helicopter, and other global aerospace clients. 

As a Runner, you’re constantly on the move and in contact with others. You are the key link that identifies, solves, and prevents bottlenecks. Your tasks are diverse and have a direct impact on the entire production process: 

• Transporting materials: You collect parts and physically deliver them to the right machine or department – quickly, carefully, and efficiently. 
• Finding solutions: Missing a part? You track it down, resolve the issue, or escalate it in time. 
• Liaising between departments: You work closely with the Integrated Product Team (IPT), planners, and logistics to keep everything running smoothly. 
• Problem-solving and improving: You identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and actively contribute ideas for doing things better or faster. 
• Using systems: You use tools like scanners and the Pathfinder system to monitor parts status and log actions. 
• Communication is key: You keep colleagues informed of progress and step in when delays occur.

• Familiarity with systems like scanners and Pathfinder is a plus, but not required – we’ll be happy to train you! 
• A true team player who can also work independently.

• Salary range € 16,64 until € 19,41 inc. ADV bonus + shift bonus of 15,3 %
• Travel allowance € 0,20 until 55 km one-way
