Your new role
We are looking for a Logistics coordinator reporting to the Logistic Manager – Cluster or Market, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible to handle all the logistic flows and related virtual movement within the Market. 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Efficient Logistics Management: Ensure timely raising and payment of all 3PL/4PL logistics purchase orders.

Seamless EDI Processing: Oversee and resolve any issues related to EDI interfaces.Accurate Stock Reconciliation: Reconcile 3PL stock and address any necessary adjustments.Inventory Control: Conduct and review inventory cycle counts for 3PLs and stores, making adjustments as needed.Inbound Logistics Coordination: Manage inbound truck and container flow, focusing on unload planning, demurrage limitation, customs handling, and system reconciliation of receipts.Special Operations Management: Handle quality reworks, late configuration reworks, replacement of damaged packaging, bundling, and in/out trade material.Direct Store Fulfillment: Oversee order placement, delivery arrangements, and returns management for direct store fulfillment.EDI/MRP Interface Management: Ensure all EDI/MRP interfaces for stores are processed and adjust for any payment or delivery issues.Ad Hoc Logistics Support: Manage logistics requirements for live events, group/JDF logistics (if applicable).E-commerce Order Processing: Process e-commerce orders in SAP, ensuring order accuracy for delivery creation, PGI, and invoicing. Utilize Sorted Pro if required.Retail Order Management: Oversee the PGI and invoicing process for retail orders.Returns Management: Receive and reconcile returns for both B2B and B2C.Stock Location Management: Ensure product availability in relevant storage locations in line with forecasts, order books, or allocations.Stock Movement Execution: Execute stock movements between markets.Spares Management: Communicate out-of-stock items for spares and manage the spares order book, including trade order management and backorders.Logistics Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports on logistics activities.Proactive Engagement: Embrace new activities that align with the role's purpose.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues efficiently.

About the organisation
Our client is an International premium Consumer Electronics brand that is known for their innovative products for both B2C and B2B. Their EMEA HQ is in Amsterdam.

What you will get in return
Our client is offering a temporary contract for at least 6 months with a possibility for extension. The base salary is between Eur 3750 - Eur 4166 gross per month. You will receive holiday allowance, travel allowance, pension via NBBU CAO and our client has a hybrid way of working after your training period of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
