The Role
As a Order-to-Cash Team Lead you will be responsible for leading a team that manages the complete order-to-cash process, ensuring customer orders are processed, shipped, and delivered efficiently and accurately. The role involves team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement to optimize service quality

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of 7–12 Order Fulfilment Officers.
Manage the full order-to-cash (OtC) process: order entry, shipping, documentation, complaints, and inquiries.
Ensure accurate, timely, and customer-focused order processing and delivery.
Act as escalation point and set team priorities in coordination with the Order Fulfilment Manager.
Write and maintain procedures, work instructions, and SLAs.
Conduct interviews, onboarding, and team planning (vacations, absences).
Hold development conversations, set goals, and support team growth.
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
Communicate with internal stakeholders (factories, regional sales offices in Brazil, US, China).
Coordinate with external partners (production partners, logistics providers, and authorities).
Guide the team through change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management) and relevant experience in international logistics, distribution, and customer service.
Proven team leadership experience with ability to guide teams through change and continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes and extensive hands-on experience with SAP.
Skilled in stakeholder management across internal and external parties.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.
Fluent in Dutch and English; willing to work mostly on-site (max. 1 remote day) and travel between Meppel and Veghel.
