Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and booking incoming invoices and handling payments for both Dutch and Australian offices.
  • Managing the accounts payable inbox and responding to inquiries.
  • Supporting colleagues with questions regarding outstanding invoices.
  • Handling foreign exchange forward contracts, including all related administrative tasks via the bank’s online platform and ERP system.
  • Optionally assisting with VAT returns, if there is interest.

You will be part of a team of three colleagues in the Accounts Payable department.



Gevraagd

  • A completed MBO-level education in administration or finance.
  • At few years of relevant work experience, preferably within an international trading company.
  • Ideally, experience with international VAT returns.
  • A service-oriented and proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of English, Dutch is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
