Are you an analytical and forward-thinking Demand Planning expert ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic, international organization? We are looking for a (Sr) Demand Planner who can turn data into strategic insights and help steer our global operations towards sustained growth and operational excellence.

As Demand Planner, you’ll take the lead in developing, enriching, and managing customer demand forecasts across more than 1,600 customers and over 15,000 product combinations. Your insights will drive production, inventory, and financial planning—making you a key link between commercial ambition and operational execution.

You’ll be trusted to challenge the status quo, lead forecasting innovations, and actively collaborate across departments and markets in a multicultural EMEA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting & Statistical Modelling

• Enhance and optimize statistical forecasting tools (SAP IBP, SAP S4/HANA).
• Improve accuracy and minimize forecast bias through data-driven insights.

Demand Planning Excellence

• Enrich statistical models with commercial insights.
• Challenge and align forecasts with stakeholders to support data-backed decision-making.

Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Align forecasts with supply capabilities, financial plans, and inventory targets.
• Contribute proactively to scenario planning and strategic discussions.

Innovation & Improvement

• Initiate and lead improvement projects to increase forecast accuracy and system capabilities.
• Drive forecasting excellence for new product introductions (NPI) and product delistings.
• Explore and initiate demand planning trends such as Machine learning in forecasting, demand sensing and real time data integration

Mentorship & Training

• Train commercial teams in planning principles and tools.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in IBP and Excel-based reporting.

 You Bring:

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with strong experience accepted
• 3+ years in Demand Planning in a complex, international environment
• Expertise in SAP IBP, SAP S4/HANA, and Excel (macros/reporting)
• Strong skills in statistical modelling, scenario planning, and forecasting improvement
• Analytical skills to create scenario planning and reporting
• Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with multicultural teams across diverse markets
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and lead projects independently
