A leadership role in which you manage two logistics teams, improve processes, and contribute to the growth and automation of the warehouse.

Description

  • Directly report to the Director Operations with short communication lines to make an impact in your day-to-day work,
  • Ensure that the operations are managed and staffed appropriately to meet organizational goals and in accordance with company policies and procedures,
  • Be responsible for the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming into the warehouse,
  • Be responsible for our Programs department to ensure on time delivery of our assembled kits,
  • Be working on the Lean Transformation of the departments, systems, and processes,
  • Be working towards continuous improvement,
  • Ensure the strategic vision and goals of the Company and the Quality organization are well-communicated,
  • Ensure employee performance outcomes and behaviors are in alignment,
  • Champion individual professional development within the team and make time to mentor and empower the team with what they need to complete their daily tasks via servant leadership principles and 1:1's,
  • Be participating in the applicable quality, WMS and Programs meetings,
  • Assist with Internal audits.

Profile

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English, sufficient to write business correspondence and to converse professionally with other leaders, auditing personnel and other teams,
  • Fluent in Dutch,
  • Analytical, curious, and professional team player, with the capability to drive the lean transformation and continue to develop this department,
  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS Software and Excel (Pivot tables, create tables and charts),
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading a team with a variety of personalities,
  • Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills. Must be self-motivated and able to proactively manage time to meet deadlines and commitments and is achievement focused,
  • A positive focal for change.
