Description
- Coordinate and handle all air freight export shipments;
- Book transport with subcontractors;
- Take care of all administrative tasks related to export (including AWB handling);
- Maintain communication with customers, carriers, and airlines;
- Verify and process all necessary export documentation.
Profile
- Strong customer- and service-oriented mindset;
- Flexible and hands-on attitude (no 9 to 5 mentality);
- Previous experience in logistics or as a freight forwarder;
- Fluent in Dutch or English (spoken and written);
- Skilled in Microsoft Office;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Must live in the Amsterdam area and be able to apply for a VGB.
