As Order Management Specialist for Western Europe & Poland, you’ll be the linchpin between Customer Service, Operations, and the logistics teams. Orders are booked and processed—but your presence ensures that challenges in the processing flow are quickly noticed and addressed. You’ll ensure that orders, inquiries, and complaints from all over Western Europe are handled correctly. You will receive tickets from our Customer Service department and collaborate with various departments, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
Your main tasks:
- You are the first point of contact for logistical questions from Customer Service Western Europe & Poland.
- Coordinate Key Account orders with attention to lead times, requirements, and service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service complaints, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to process improvements.
- Take responsibility for the order flow and coordinate with planning, storage, and transport to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory for demos, loans, and bundles (capital goods).

You’ll join the friendly order management team at Bausch + Lomb. Within this team, a family-like company culture is central. Many people have worked here for a long time—and for good reason. This specific role is performed alongside one direct colleague, so collaboration will be a key part of your daily work.
Wie jij bent
You’re someone who enjoys investigating and resolving issues. Customer satisfaction is your number one priority. You’ll go the extra mile to satisfy the organization and don’t hesitate to bring different departments together to make that happen.
You also bring:
- Higher professional education level (HBO), preferably in Logistics, International Trade, or Sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in an international Customer Service environment with a focus on after-sales and process optimization.
- Experience with international order management systems (preferably PeopleSoft/Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (company language).
