Your role:
We are in search of a digital ambassador to join us on our digital transformation journey!
As Digital Marketer you share responsibility for devising and implementing Fabory's digital strategy. Key aspects of this role include expanding our brand awareness, increasing website traffic, and driving online sales growth. You utilize data as the primary driver to optimize efforts across various acquisition and retention channels. Additionally, you gather insights to enhance webshop conversions and order values. Collaborating with your e-commerce and sales colleagues, you determine which digital campaigns need to be launched and analyze the results achieved afterward. You delve into the customer journey and ensure that the right message reaches the right customers at the right time. You play a pivotal role in the change management process for our B2B customers, with a strong emphasis on digital transition and sales.
What will you do?
- Takes accountability for the German digital strategy for acquisition, conversion, retention & adoption across multiple sales channels.
- Help guiding the (digital) transformation from our German MRO & OEM customers: support our customers in the change management; encouraging them to make use of multiple sales channels (with focus on our webshop to grow volumes digitally and touchless).
- Monitor and report the performance for all digital communications across all channels.
- Convert data into insight and give recommendations based on web analytics.
- Managing the ROI’s for the different online marketing campaigns.
- Using customer insights captured from our system to maximize online marketing opportunities.
- Help developing the digital marketing approach for Germany.
- Contribute to the development of the e-commerce platform to increase conversion.
- Act as an online brand guardian ensuring consistent interfaces across all platforms.
- Plan digital marketing campaigns via SEO/SEA, e-mail, social media & display.
- Master or Bachelor Degree in marketing, communication or other relevant subject.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B and B2C.
- Excellent in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Business knowledge in English with experience and knowledge in SEO, SEA, e-mail marketing and Social Media.
- Commercial eCommerce experience and understanding of digital business.
- Data driven, proactive, creative, communicative and self-critical.
- Up-to-date understanding & working knowledge of current marketing tools & strategies and able to execute from concept to launch.
- Able to understand, translate & implement Google analytics 4 data and reporting tools (f.e. Looker Studio).
- Experience and knowledge in setting up & optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
