Your role:
We are in search of a digital ambassador to join us on our digital transformation journey!
Region: Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.
Are you passionate about digital sales and customer engagement? In this role, you will lead the charge in boosting online sales and driving adoption of Fabory’s digital channels. Together with your team, you’ll proactively generate revenue through our webshop, live chat, video calls, outbound phone and email campaigns, and social media.
Our customers are at the core of everything we do, you'll use their feedback to spot opportunities, improve our digital offering, and increase customer loyalty. You’ll also provide expert support on our products, solutions and digital tools, handle live chat inquiries, and help customers place orders directly through our digital platforms.
What will you do?
- Takes responsibility for driving sales growth in the designated region, including acquisition, customer development, and retention.
- Engages existing and prospective customers through outbound calling, email, chat, and other digital means, staying informed about their ever-evolving needs. Visits customers/prospects when necessary.
- Provides education to existing and potential customers on Fabory products and services (Webshop, MyFabory, Services).
- Monitors and analyzes sales KPIs to understand the current state of affairs and identifies sales opportunities based on data, effectively capitalizing on them.
- Assesses, follows, and reports on competitor activities, ensuring a timely commercial response.
- Proactively contacts customers through outbound calling to understand (changing) customer needs.
- Serves as an expert, educating existing and potential customers on Fabory's digital products and services (Webshop, MyFabory, etc.), promoting active self-service to facilitate a digital transition during the sales process. Monitors and analyzes established KPIs to implement performance improvements and activates and qualifies new online registrations.
- Acts as the internal expert for developments concerning the client/account file, identifying the most suitable sales channel based on customer needs and initiating appropriate actions.
- Prepares and proactively follows up on quotes within the designated region.
- Optimizes planning and administration in CRM to maximize effectiveness and overall efficiency.
- Understands the value proposition and effectively positions it toward the customer and prospect.
- Supports other departments in sales-related activities such as marketing and e-commerce.
- Completed a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent through work experience.
- Proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written.
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment is desired.
- Technical aptitude.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with commercial acumen.
- Adaptability to change.
- Possession of a category B driver's license.
- Independent, eager to learn, and possesses a healthy level of self-awareness.
