Description

• Collecting required documents and information for export shipments
• Creating and preparing export documentation
• Identifying key information and connections, signaling problems, and tracking down causes
• Possessing the appropriate expertise and staying informed about market and technological developments
• Handling export requests and booking shipments with airlines
• Recording shipment-related costs and informing customers about shipment status
• Daily accurate processing of tasks, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
• Working in a team-oriented manner and being accessible to customers
• Following up on customs requests and reporting irregularities
• Timely detection and communication of inaccuracies or issues
• Developing innovative solutions or working methods in consultation with supervisors
• Solution-oriented mindset, negotiation skills, and collaborative thinking with colleagues
• Initiating claims in case of damage, carrying out aftersales and delegated tasks

Profile

• Eligibility to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VGB)

• Residing in the Randstad region
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Intermediate vocational education (MBO) working and thinking level
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Careful and accurate
• Resilient under pressure
• Independent and proactive
• Flexible and willing to work outside regular hours when necessary

Job Offer

• Company contract with the company and prospect of a permanent position
• Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500
• 80% of the pension premium is covered by the company
• Travel expense reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer / full coverage of public transport
