As a Logistics Worker, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods. Your tasks include loading products, unloading semi-finished products, and operating logistics equipment such as palletizers, hand scanners, forklifts, and shuttle systems. Additionally, you will be involved in inventory management and resolving first-line disruptions to logistics equipment. You'll also perform administrative tasks such as processing and evaluating transport documents. In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues and supervisors to coordinate the logistics process effectively. This involves directing drivers and ensuring a smooth handover to the next shift. You play a crucial role in the seamless operation of logistics processes and contribute to the efficient functioning of the entire team.

The company is based in Sint Nicolaasga, where you will work with a team of about 200 colleagues. Together, you will strive to deliver the best product for the customers. • Possession of a (reach) forklift certificate;
• You have an MBO-3 level of work and thinking;
• You have knowledge of logistics processes and WMS systems;
• A passion for the food industry;
• You are stress-resistant and can quickly adapt;
• You are available full-time and willing to work in a 5-shift system. This means you alternately work two morning shifts, two afternoon shifts, and two night shifts, followed by four days off, averaging 33.6 hours per week;
• You have your own transport;
• You speak Dutch or English.

• You work with a fixed schedule in 5 shifts.
• You work in cold and frozen storage areas.
• A salary between €19.90 and €20.79 gross per hour including 32.32% allowance depending on experience.T
