About the Role
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the tactical and strategic supply planning of key pharmaceutical products and production lines. You’ll operate in Rapid Response, aligning supply and demand, minimizing scrap, and managing production capacity and inventory levels. You’ll work closely with global teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless product flow and support launches, phase-outs, and long-term planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mid- and long-term planning activities for assigned products and lines
• Own product and line planning in Rapid Response (RR) systems
• Communicate and align with internal resource owners and global stakeholders
• Represent Supply Chain in tactical and strategic meetings (IDPs, PLTs, GSCTs)
• Provide input on global strategy and variation management opportunities/risks
• Manage inventory proactively to align with business and service level targets
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for planning deviations
• Deliver timely scenario analyses to support decision-making
• Drive supply stability and optimization across production and distribution
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing sites to maintain reliable supply

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain planning, preferably in a regulated industry (pharma, medtech, food, ingredients)
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma and a continuous improvement mindset
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a can-do mentality and ownership mindset
• Knowledge of SAP and Rapid Response (RR) is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus
