Are you looking to grow your career in clinical supply chain management within an international, regulated environment? Do you enjoy working with systems like SAP, coordinating logistics, and supporting global clinical trials? Then this opportunity as Associate Clinical Supply Chain is the right next step for you.

About the Role
As Associate Clinical Supply Chain, you will be part of the Project Manager Clinical Supply Chain team. You support the global design and setup of clinical trial supply chains and are responsible for system configurations in SAP, document generation, and logistical coordination for the start-up of clinical trials.

Your work ensures that investigational products are available at the right place and time, supporting patients and research teams across the globe.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP & Master Data Management

  • Initiate clinical label material requests and product setup in SAP
  • Request and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), WBS elements, and custom values
  • Set up study design tables and ensure ERP readiness

Study Setup & Documentation

  • Coordinate artwork creation process and follow up on issues
  • Create and maintain the Product Specification File
  • Develop and manage depot plans and cross-docks for global distribution

Reporting & Team Support

  • Maintain metrics for the Global Setup Lead team
  • Support monthly workforce planning
  • Provide structured documentation and input for trial setup

Your Profile
We are open to professionals with some experience in (clinical) supply chain, as well as recent HBO graduates (e.g., NHTV or logistics background) with the right mindset. You are detail-oriented, process-driven, and flexible. You enjoy connecting your work to the bigger picture and thrive in a structured, international environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Life Sciences
  • Some relevant working experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech industries
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain fundamentals (esp. BOM)
  • Knowledge of project planning techniques and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • High accuracy, ability to prioritize, and proactive problem-solving

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of clinical supply chain and GxP/ICH guidelines
  • Effective communicator with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with documentation processes, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration
