You ensure that our clients can rely on motivated individuals and that temporary workers find a place where they can thrive. You conduct interviews, schedule introductions, and make sure candidates are well-prepared. You stay alert to availability, act quickly, maintain oversight, and deliver on your promises—simple, clear, and reliable. Your responsibilities include: - Writing and posting job descriptions;
- Processing applications and selecting candidates;
- Conducting interviews and guiding candidates. You don't need years of experience. If you are proactive, have a good sense of people, and want to make a difference, then you fit in at Timing.

Wij vragen:

- MBO+ / HBO level of working and thinking;
