At Consolid, you can start your training program to obtain your CE driver’s license free of charge. Every day, a dedicated team is ready to guide and support you wherever needed. Together with this team, you will create a plan to start working as soon as possible. Because your future is our priority!

The training program lasts between 3 to 6 months, and during this period, you already have the opportunity to work with us. Throughout these months, you will obtain all the necessary certifications to start your career.

Your workday starts between 04:00 - 06:00 AM at the distribution center, where you ensure your truck is fully loaded.

Now it's time to hit the road! With a fully loaded truck, you will supply 2 to 3 stores in the region. At each store, a unloading team will be ready to assist you with unloading and collecting return shipments. The more you help each other, the faster you're done!

Once you’ve finished at the stores, you’ll drive back to Kuehne+Nagel, where you will unload the return shipments. There will be employees waiting to help you, so you’ll get all the support you need.

If you run into any issues along the way, the planning team is available 24/7 to assist you!

After a solid 8 to 12-hour workday, you are ready to head home.

Below, you can find the requirements you need to meet to start this training program:

• You have held a category B driver’s license for at least one year;
• You are available at least 3 days per week;
• You are eager to roll up your sleeves and get to work;
• You have your own transportation (this is a must);
• You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG);
• You are physically fit, as a medical examination is part of the selection process.
