As a Painter Aviation, you play a key role in the quality and safety of components used in modern aviation. You will prepare parts, apply protective coatings, and ensure that each element meets strict quality standards.

Your main tasks will include:

• Preparing and cleaning components (degreasing, sanding, masking)
• Applying primers, paints, and anti-corrosion coatings according to specifications
• Working with both manual and automated spray systems
• Quality control and documentation of completed work
• Collaborating with the surface treatment, inspection, and assembly teams

• Experience as an industrial, automotive, or technical painter
• Precision and attention to detail
• Ability to work according to technical instructions in English or Dutch
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (with shift allowance)
• Knowledge of safety rules and quality standards
• Ability to work well in a team
