As a Lead Operator, you work in the middle of the dynamics of fresh fruit and vegetables. You manage 1 to 3 production lines every day and lead a team of approximately 18 production employees. You not only keep an overview, but also actively participate on the floor yourself. In this way, you monitor progress, ensure that the daily goals are achieved and make adjustments where necessary. You are the driving force on the work floor and the link to the team leader. 

You motivate your team, keep the lines short and ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently, every day.

As a Lead Operator you work in a two-shift system:

• Early shift: Monday to Saturday between 05:15 and 15:15
  (If you work on Saturday, you get a weekday off)
• Late shift: Monday to Friday between 14:00 and 01:00

• As a Lead Operator, you will earn a gross hourly wage between €17.11 and €18.50. This amounts to a gross monthly salary between €2.965 and €3.206 based on a 40-hour workweek;
• In addition to your hourly wage, you will receive shift allowance for working in different shifts. This brings your gross monthly salary to approximately €3.172 to €3.430, depending on your duty roster;
• Travel allowance from 10 km of 0.15 cents per km;
• 8.33% holiday pay;
• 25 days of holiday per year;
• Pension accrual from your first working day;
• The choice of weekly or 4-weekly payment;
• A canteen with freshly prepared food every day and a fruit and salad bar;
• Use of the fitness facilities including trainer;
• Every other week a well-stocked vegetable and fruit box to take home.

• You have experience in a production environment;
• You speak English and/or Dutch;
• You are available for 40 hours per week to work in 2 shifts.
