Your new positionAs Associate Manufacturing, you support the primary packaging process in a high-tech and clean production environment. Your primary goal is to make sure with your coworkers that the packaging process continues smoothly. You will be part of a strong and capable team where good communication is key.Your functional tasks involve:

Running the production line according to operating proceduresLooking for improvements and efficiency in and around the production processMaintaining and following the regulations of a cleanroomSupporting the production line by replenishing the needed materials

What do you need to be successful?To be successful as an Associate Manufacturing at our client, you are a true team player. You are able to adapt to the situation around you and can communicate with your coworkers in a clear manner. Within a team of highly qualified operators (3-9 per line), the primary responsibility lies in operating the equipment per regulated process and delivering according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
