About the Site
It is a fully automated electronics production facility dedicated to high-efficiency manufacturing. The site relies heavily on advanced electronic systems to maintain smooth, uninterrupted operations.
Role Description
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment and facilities at the site. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, implementing best practices in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize operational performance. Your role is critical in supporting continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Job Responsibilities
-Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
-Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
-Oversee equipment reliability, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor coordination.
-Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, TPM, etc.).
Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in food/pharma manufacturing.
-Strong knowledge of automated production systems (PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics).
-Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
-Leadership skills with a focus on team development and safety culture.
-Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
