We’re seeking an Product Fulfillment Specialist to join the global team and help manage logistics flows at two major distribution centers in Waalwijk or Tilburg. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating material inbound, production, and outbound processes to ensure flawless order fulfillment for enterprise and digital power products.

As an Product Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll focus on:

• Order Fulfillment Coordination: Managing the entire logistics process, including material inbound, production (tally), and outbound operations
• Forecast Planning: Collecting and aligning forecast plans (inbound, production, outbound, and reverse logistics) with logistics service providers (LSPs) to ensure resources (people, equipment, space) are well-prepared
• Smooth Operations: Collaborating with factories, logistics teams, and third-party partners to ensure production schedules and deliveries run seamlessly
• Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges during production or shipment, finding solutions, and involving internal teams as needed
• Customer Satisfaction: Reacting quickly to specific customer requirements and maintaining a strong focus on delivering excellent service
• Continuous Improvement: Partnering with suppliers and stakeholders to implement improvement projects that optimize operational efficiency

Your role will be based in the office near the warehouse floor, allowing close communication with warehouse teams to address any production or logistics issues.

The distribution centers in Waalwijk and Tilburg are key hubs in their European supply chain, ensuring the seamless fulfillment of orders. These state-of-the-art facilities are operated in partnership with third-party logistics providers, making them dynamic and efficient environments that handle the coordination of material inbound, production, and outbound shipments.

You bring:

Experience: 5+ years in logistics, supply chain management, or production coordination.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Languages: Fluency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain management and a good understanding of manufacturing and distribution principles.

Mindset: A customer-focused approach with the ability to perform well under pressure.
