Omschrijving

• Oversee monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and ensure accuracy.
• Lead the annual financial planning process and maintain internal control standards.
• Manage cost accounting, budgeting, and cash flow to improve capital efficiency.
• Review business plans and investment proposals; provide financial insights and feasibility analyses.
• Advise management on key financial decisions, investments, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle tax filings and strategy.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including payment planning and follow-ups.
• Reconcile financial records and support the annual audit process.
• Continuously monitor financial performance and suggest improvements.

Profiel van kandidaat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standards.
• Proficient in Visma Online (or similar accounting software).
• Fluent in Chinese and English (Dutch is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• CPA or other financial certifications are a plus.
