We're looking for a customer-focused Export Specialist who thrives in a dynamic international environment. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient export processes from start to finish

Description

As an Export Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient export operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating all export shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
• Booking transport with trusted subcontractors and maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners.
• Managing shipment documentation, including preparing and processing Air Waybills (AWBs) and other essential export paperwork.
• Acting as the key point of contact for customers, carriers, and airlines, keeping all parties informed and aligned throughout the process.
• Reviewing and verifying export documents to ensure compliance with international regulations and internal standards.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced international environment, where precision, communication, and customer focus are key.

Profile

You are someone who:

• Has experience in export operations, preferably in air or sea freight
• Communicates clearly with customers, carriers, and airlines
• Works accurately with documentation and understands the importance of compliance
• Is solution-oriented, structured, and a true team player
• Is eligible to obtain a VGB (Certificate of Conduct for Personnel Security Screening), which requires at least 8 consecutive years of residence in the Netherlands

Job Offer

• A competitive monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,400, depending on your experience
• Full reimbursement of public transport costs or mileage allowance in line with standard rates
• A 13th-month salary as part of your annual compensation
• Initial employment via an agency contract, with the clear intention of moving to a direct contract with the company
