The Company
A global leader is looking for a Senior Global Buyer – IT Category to join their Procurement team. This role focuses on sourcing and managing software, SaaS, and IT services to support digital transformation across the business.
Role Overview
As a Senior Global Buyer, you’ll develop and execute IT category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead sourcing activities. You’ll work closely with IT, Data, Finance, and Legal teams to drive cost optimization, innovation, and value.
Key Responsibilities
-Build IT category strategies and drive sourcing for software, SaaS, and IT services
-Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sourcing solutions meet business needs
-Monitor market trends and drive continuous improvement and innovation
-Track savings and deliver on cost optimization targets
Requirements
-7–10 years of procurement experience, with a focus on IT categories (software, SaaS, IT services)
-Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills
-Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
-Fluent in English; strong communication and stakeholder management
