As Production Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the reliability and integrity of complex production equipment within a GMP-regulated environment. Your daily work will focus on executing preventive, corrective, and inspection-based maintenance, including calibration and troubleshooting tasks. You work closely with vendors, manufacturing teams, and quality colleagues to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable equipment performance. Additionally, you contribute to improvements based on root cause analyses and play an active role in the documentation and planning of technical procedures. You ensure optimal equipment performance, support validation activities, and help manage spare parts. Furthermore, you assist in preparing interventions and training operators when needed.

In short, a versatile technical role where your expertise ensures continuity in life-saving production processes.

• hbo degree in a technical discipline with 4–6 years of experience in maintenance or facility engineering
  
• at least 3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated and/or isotope production environment
  
• strong knowledge of maintenance engineering and root cause analysis methods
  
• experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  
• able to work safely and in compliance with strict GMP guidelines
  
• accurate, structured and solution-oriented
  
• strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  
• team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
